A massive crash has eaten my laptop. Including about 700 pictures I was in the process of editing for posting, both here and on Etsy. It's going to be awhile before I have anything new to post. Must re-photograph some 400 pieces of jewelry.

It feels so good to be getting things DONE! Not only is work on the apartment and laundry getting caught up, but photo editing and posting has been happening as well! Yay! I've got two new items posted to my Etsy page, www.etsy.com/shop/lisasgems, (so far) and even more edits done. Even managed to post a few things here. More coming.
Please forgive the spammage, it just feels so good to be able to actually get things moving again. This has been one brutal winter.

I'm so very late getting things up here. I've got a lot of pics to post. Unfortunately, I ended up in the hospital for 5 days, so it's going to be a bit yet. The Etsy site is "on vacation" until I get caught up with custom orders. Then that gets brought back up to date, then here.

Eep! Suddenly show!

I got word this afternoon that a show I had done last year, then managed to loose track of, had had a spate of cancellations. The day before the show. I wasn't really prepared for a show, all my stuff is all over (was all over) but I have enough merchandise, more than enough merchandise... sooo.. I'm doing a show. Tomorrow. With no real prep. Yay!!
But actually, yay. Having recently learned that the job I took is likely to shut down for half of December due to a lack of work, and it happens every year (thanks for the warning, guys) I can use some sales. So, Red Door Animal Shelter Holiday Bazaar, here I come to save the day!

I recently learned about a new (at least to me) site for crafters to sell, Made It Myself. Since I'm home sick from work, I thought today would be a good day to try posting some pieces there and see what kind of attention they get.
